So Close
We officially moved aboard about 3 weeks ago. Once the boss put the "for sale" sign in the front yard, she decided she wanted the house show ready all the time, and no need to keep cleaning. Once we get a contract and the house closes I can quit my day job !!!
 Priced pretty well and things are selling here, so we have our fingers crossed.So far with a few hiccups, everything has gone well. Left the hatch open in the rain while gone and flooded the mattress...not good. And the other day she had to fish the dog out of the water after she decided to chase some ducks. It has been awhile since the dog has fallen in and she had forgotten how crappy a swimmer she was. Bad things only happen while I am at work.....

Good luck selling the land home.

You sound like you're so close you can taste it! Hey, now that looks like a new way to get reluctant spouses to move aboard... Somehow tie it into selling a house and say you have to get out of the house so it sells better.

Congratulations! For us land locked souls you may want to start a log so we can read about the transition. It would be very interesting to read first hand about how life changes during this process. Thanks PS: Great pictures of your cat, great looking boat!

thanks all.....been working on this for quite awhile and it all has just recently fell into place....
I do have a pfd for ginger (my dog) just don't put on her next to the dock...have to think about that...
