Sorry to bother you again but... I've been looking everywhere on my viewing pages to see where and how to start a new thread (I did read the directions under the FAQs link). I either don't have "permission" to post new threads or my blond is showing and I just locate the button. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi admincruising, Thanks for explaining and correcting the problem. It did make me think that "if" there's ever a real reason for tabulating blind post responses; that a statement of such be included in the original post, though.

[e.g. "Responses will only be viewed by Forum Management. The purpose of 'blind posts" will enable Forum Management address the concerns of said issue, while at the same time giving Respondant(s) annonominity in hopefully providing honest feedback. Tabulated results will be forthcoming. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

I'm puzzled as to why you're asking if the community would want a Women's Section (e.g., opening this up to debate) and then censor the responses?

I posted a second attempt at answering this question because I thought there just had to be a momentary glitch in the software preventing me from doing so, because for the life of me, I cannot fathom the rationale for censorship.

Please remove this restriction and let the question be answered publicly, please.

I have a predparture and a leaving the boat list. I wanted to post it to the Marine libaray is that the right spot. I can't seem to find a way to do it. Should I post it somewhere else? If so where?
